The 90 Second Film Festival Policy

1. The length of your submitted film should be 90 seconds only with HD. MP4. 4k Quality and the provide the film width screen format,
2. 90 Second Film Festival is open to all filmmakers in the world, you can submit films from anywhere in the world.
3. You can do this project individually, as a group, as a class, as a school, as a family
4. The film should either be uploaded to Google Drive, YouTube or Vimeo and should be kept public and downloadable.
5. Your film must be 90 seconds or less in duration excluding the credits.
6. Free to View: Free entry for everyone
7. Sensor Status: No sensor certificates status is required.
8. As with other festivals, your fee is paid for your film to be considered. If you do not follow with the festival rules and Conditions , your submission will be disqualified If your film is not accepted, your submission fee is not refunded.
9.All applicants will be notified by two weeks before theĀ festivalĀ date.
10. According to festival policy, if any error occurs in your video during screening, it will be the sole responsibility of the submitter. Please check the video before submitting it
11. The makers of the award-winning films must be present at the festival, if the award is announced and the makers of the film are not present, the prize will not be sent online.
12. There will be no criteria for 90 second film. The film which is the best will be declaredĀ theĀ winner,
13. 300 films will be screened throughout the day For the 90 Second Film Festival,
14. If submitting more than one film, a separate form should be filled out for each submission. In the same way separate fees will also have to be paid
15. Subtitles are not required if the film you submit is in Marathi or Hindi language. But if your movie is in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and English then subtitles are necessary for that.
16. The film should NOT have any watermark.
17. The festival has rights to screen these 90second films on any collaborating festival or media.
18. The jury will announce their results in front of everyone on the day of the festival.
19. This 90 second film festival will be for 1 day. The time will be from 10 am to 6 pm.
20. filmmakers coming from outside the village and also from outside the state will have to bear their own travel and accommodation expenses, which will not be provided by the festival.
21. 90Second Film Festival will have a submission fee of Rs.599
22 . Films will not be accepted without the submission fees.
